Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 10, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how TokenDraft ("TokenDraft," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information in connection with the TokenDraft website, app, smart contracts, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you consent to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
We collect information that you voluntarily submit, including wallet addresses you connect to participate in contests, email addresses you provide for access or support, and any information you include in communications with us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we may automatically receive certain technical data such as your IP address, device type, browser information, operating system, and usage logs.
We may also collect anonymized or aggregated performance metrics to help us understand user engagement and improve product design.
1.3 Wallet and Blockchain Data
When you connect a non-custodial wallet (for example, Phantom), we may view—but never control—your public wallet address and on-chain activity related to contests.
All blockchain transactions (including SOL or SPL token transfers) occur on the Solana network and are publicly visible. We do not store or have access to your private keys or seed phrases.
1.4 Third-Party Data and Analytics
We use third-party tools such as TradingView (charts), CoinGecko (market data), and analytics providers (for usage metrics and performance insights).
These services may use cookies or similar technologies to collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
TokenDraft does not control how these third parties handle your data and encourages you to review their respective policies.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and maintain the Service;
- Enable contest participation, scoring, and prize distribution;
- Monitor technical performance and prevent abuse;
- Communicate with users, including support and service notices;
- Improve features and user experience; and
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
We do not sell personal information, share wallet data for marketing, or use your data for targeted advertising.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share limited data with:
- Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery);
- Blockchain networks (via your voluntary on-chain activity);
- Regulators or law enforcement, where required by law; and
- Successors or affiliates, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
All third-party processors are required to handle data in accordance with contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, web storage, and similar technologies to enhance usability, maintain session states, and measure site performance.
You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; however, some features of the Service may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to operate the Service, fulfill contest obligations, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms of Service.
Public blockchain data is immutable and cannot be altered or deleted.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
However, no system is completely secure, and blockchain activity carries inherent risks that we cannot eliminate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and devices.
7. International Data Use
TokenDraft operates globally and may process or store information in jurisdictions other than your own, including the United States and Canada.
By using the Service, you consent to such transfers. We take reasonable steps to ensure that cross-border data handling complies with applicable laws.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information we hold about you.
Requests can be submitted to [email protected].
We may require verification of your identity before fulfilling such requests, and we reserve the right to limit responses where permitted by law or where data exists solely on-chain.
9. Children's Privacy
TokenDraft is not intended for individuals under twenty-one (21) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, please contact us.
10. Updates to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes were made.
We will notify users of material updates as appropriate. Continued use of the Service after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
